Story
I'm raising £500 for community theatre in Rugeley and local community projects in Birmingham
For those of you that don’t know, I’m playing Uncle Fester in The Addams Family musical. And as anyone familiar with our favourite love-struck, moon-serenading Addams will know… Fester is gloriously bald.
Which means after growing my hair out since November, I’ll be shaving it all off.
Yes. All of it.
For art. For theatre. For questionable life choices.
But if I’m going to dramatically remove months of hair growth, we might as well raise some money while we’re at it.
All funds raised will be split equally between Rugeley Musical Theatre Company (https://rugeleymtc.org) a registered charity that gives so many people the chance to get involved in amazing local theatre, and Birmingham City Foundation (https://bcfcfoundation.com) which supports important causes and communities across Birmingham.
So please consider donating — whether it’s the price of a coffee or something a little more… spooky.
Help me honour Fester.
Help me support brilliant local causes.
And help me emotionally prepare for the breeze I’m about to feel on my scalp.
Thank you for your support — and if you see me shining under the stage lights soon, just remember… you paid for that.
Performances are on 24rd, 24th and 26th April at 7:30, with a matinee performance at 2:30. All shows are at the Rose Theatre, Rugeley with tickets available at the following link
