Mental health is something that means a huge amount to me, and it’s a cause that affects far more people than many of us realise.
Every day, people are struggling silently with their mental health. At the same time, family members, friends, and loved ones are also affected, often carrying their own emotional weight while trying to support someone they care about. This can lead to what many describe as second-hand trauma, and yet support for both those experiencing mental health challenges and those supporting them is still not where it needs to be.
That’s why I’ve created this fundraiser called Lost and Found, a cause dedicated to raising awareness, support, and hope for people affected by mental health struggles. Through this fundraiser, I’ll be organising and taking part in a number of different events, all working toward one shared goal — raising money and awareness to help people feel less alone and more supported.
But this isn’t something I want to do alone.
I would love for others to get involved alongside me. If mental health is a cause that matters to you too, you’re welcome to join the journey — whether that’s by donating, attending one of the events, or even organising your own fundraiser and adding it to the same fundraising pot. Every effort, big or small, helps move us closer to making a real difference.
Mental health affects individuals, families, and entire communities. By coming together, raising awareness, and supporting each other, we can help ensure that fewer people feel lost and that more people are able to find the support they deserve.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read, support, donate, or get involved. Your support truly means the world and will help bring hope, understanding, and support to those who need it most.
