On Friday 22nd October 2021 a gas explosion tore through the home of a 71 year old women and her 50 year old son.
The incident was horrifc, smoked filled the air, fire crews from all over Portsmouth battled the blaze and the street was promptly evacuated and all surrounding roads were closed off.
The man and lady managed to escape the explosion and were taken to hospital, being treated for burns.
Their home is destroyed, unstable and they have lost everything, clothes, furniture, personal items and sentimental items.
I would like to raise money to help get them back on their feet, to be able to buy clothes and to help rebuild what they have lost.
