We (Gav and Dan) are close friends of Gemma and Jacob. I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart to support Gemma and their boys after the sudden and heartbreaking loss of Jacob.

Jacob was a beloved husband, father, son, brother & friend, known for his larger-than-life personality and his faith. His passing has left an immense void in the lives of those who loved him.
