October is PTSD awareness month ...

So on the 7th October I'm doing a sponsored walk for ..Walk 4 PTSD Weymouth..

Organised by Charity called Veterans in action. Raising funds for veterans suffering from PTSD. October is PTSD Awareness month. Hence the sponsored walk. Walk 4 PTSD Weymouth. It is a 6 mile walk, no time limit. Starting in Charlestown following the coast path to Hope square Weymouth.
