The above link tells the legal story of the horrendous events that took place in Fuerteventura on Friday 28th July 2017.

Danny Alejandro Bejarano was subject of a court order made in the USA. These were enforced, even though there was yet one more legal process to be completed,at the Spanish Supreme courts.

His whereabouts are now unknown & his mother has no way of finding out without an American lawyer. This will cost a lot of money & the only way we can help is to start this campaign.

Danny is a wonderful, spirited, articulate little boy who is completely traumatised by what has happened. For reasons we cannot put here due to legal proceedings, he thrives under the care of his mother.

Every effort & every legal step than can be made in Spain, is being completed. However, proceedings are urgently needed in Miami Florida to ensure the full case is presented.
