Story
The people in Gaza have suffered endless bombings that shake their homes without respite, and survivors of the 2009 and 2014 wars say that the recent airstrikes were more intense and terrifying than any they have endured. So far, a massive 248 people have been killed, including 66 children, and 1,910 have been wounded.
Six hospitals and nine medical facilities have been destroyed, including Gaza’s only COVID-19 testing facility, making it all but impossible for survivors to get the medical help they need. Hospitals are pushed to the limit and cannot cope.
We are a team of medical professionals based in the UK that have direct links to the families that have lost loved ones and need our help. We aim to raise £1500 for each of these families.
