    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

    Story

Our church plant serves the local community of the Glen in Newtownards currently focusing on youth, kids, parents and seniors...providing social outlets to offer support, encouragement and social engagement for all.
This is our annual event to help boost funds for our community church.
As well as our Sunday Gatherings, we currently strive to meet the needs of our local community through weekly youth and children's clubs, a new Parents Breakfast Club starting in September, a Seniors Group and an intergenerational group bringing local generations together.
Funds raised from this sponsored DUCK DAWDLE will help sustain these ministries.
Glen Community Church is a church plant sent from St Mark's Church of Ireland in the town.
Last year, Paul H and I did a massive 50 mile cycle challenge and this year, the whole church family is embarking on a large scale family sponsored walk from the local school where we meet for worship, round the local duck pond and back to the school for a bring & share lunch.
