GDS Group is donating 200 Christmas Hampers for some of Bristol's low income and vulnerable families. We are working in partnership with Bristol City Council's families in focus department to identify the families in most need of a little extra help this Christmas. We are working with the Community Farm in Chew Magna to source fresh locally sourced and ethical produce. Each hamper will contain all a family might need for their Christmas dinner including a turkey, fresh vegetables, pigs in blankets etc as well as some other treats such a biscuits, chocolates and much more! Each hamper will cost £150 to make up and will be delivered by GDS and the community farm a few days before Christmas. Not only are we hoping to feed some of the wonderful families we have here in Bristol but also feed our local economy by partnering with Community Farm.
