On the morning of Friday 19th June 2020, 38 year old Gemma Cowey also known as Gemma Marjoram was fatally stabbed whilst out walking near the former St Andrews Hospital, Norwich. Gemma was found and was later pronounced dead at the scene despite paramedics best efforts to preserve life.

Gemma leaves behind a loving family comprising of three children, her two sisters and parents after this despicable event.

Gemma touched the lives of those that met her, she was a devoted mother, sister and daughter who always had a kind word and smile on her face for everyone, who was lucky to have known this wonderful woman.

I am setting up this fund as it is unimaginable what this family are going through, dealing with the loss of a child, sister and mother and this something that no one should have to face, these amazing children are now facing a future without their loving mum.

If we can raise enough to help cover the funeral costs and give Gemma the send off that she so rightfully deserves, It would be one less financial worry for the family to deal with in this grief stricken time. If we raise more than enough it would mean that we could also help the future of these children in some way.
