I've raised £200 to help ward 43 at pinderfield hospital for equipment to use with dementia patients and family's during a stressful time

In March this year we lost a very special lady who was suffering from dementia,
we would like to try make a difference to patients and family's going through this experience.
After spending time on gate 43 at pinderfields we came to realise that the ward needed more funding for equipment for the patients to make there stay more comfortable we will be raising funds to go towards buying televisions, radio/cd players, cd's and games etc.
And also towards buying tea coffee and sugar so family's spending there time with patients on end of life care pathways can at least have a drink in there time of need it is a distressing time and a cuppa and biscuit can make a little difference.
We will also be holding a head shave at Horbury Street fair on Sunday 17th June 11am until 1pm with Jodie wood all funds will also be going to gate 43 dementia ward at pinderfields.
I don't want the world just to try make things a little easier at such a hard time family's with loved ones whom have dementia will understand how hard and stressful this disease is and need every little bit of support they can get.
Every little helps thank you so much for your time and support fingers crossed we get our target
