As many of you know, I work at Bedford Charter House - a residential home for the elderly. We take care of the elderly with physical and mental disabilities who cannot live independently anymore. We are trying to raise vital funds to provide the residents with iPads (or the like) to enable them to keep up with technology as well as social media and applications such as skype so they feel connected to the wider community, families who live further away and the world outside. We believe in the enrichment of our residents lives and believe this would be a big step in the right direction. Anything you can give would help greatly. In spirit of this, I have volunteered to do a bungee jump on 18th November!
