I've raised £600 to Vet expenses

Earlier today, Friday, October 23rd, 2020, my dog was attacked by another.
Like every other dog owner, I take my dog on multiple walks throughout the day, and it was on her afternoon walk that she was attacked by a neighbors dog.
The dog is a Japanese Akita, who is usually kept in the neighbors back garden with all the gates locked. However, on this one occasion, it wasn't and it came running out at the sound of me and my dog. The Akita went straight for my dog and took a chuck out of the right-hand side of her flank. I initially thought it was the one wound but when I took her to the Vet, they found another two smaller wounds which are all connected.
She currently has vents and stitches to hold her wounds closed and medicine to help her heal. I have the bill, which is in the photos, and the medical notes from the clinic.
I attempted to contact the owner of the Akita that attacked my dog, unfortunately, they aren't answering my calls, and will need to wait for them to become available.
The total of the Vets bill came to £302.03 and I'm currently on welfare benefits and desperately need help to pay it. My dog means the whole world to me, she's been with me for 12 years and I can't imagine a day without her.
