2 years ago our dad aged 55 was diagnosed with stage 4 terminal cancer. It started in his prostate and has metastasised into his bones and although he is still receiving hormone therapy he is declining. I am one of three children Gemma 28, Kristofer 25 and Andrew 5. Our family is far from perfect but we always stick together. These past few years have been a struggle not just emotionally but financially too and without close family, friends (Ian in particular has been amazing to my dad) and although it breaks all of our hearts to see the hero we grew up with and the man we love fade away in front of us he is still our dad and always will be and if this money raised can be used to capture moments, make memories and make us laugh when we feel like crying and take away our pain when we feel sad then please donate to a cause that you won't regret.
