My name is Georgia, and I need help to make my way through university as I lost out on the full amount of my student loan (maintenance loan). My parents had just sold a house and had the money in their bank account when the checks where done, however, this money was used to buy another house for renovation, this all meant that I have lost out on the full amount of my student loan and my parents don't have the money to fully help me!

Any money that gets donated would be a great help. I'm the first person in my family to go to university and I want to make the most of my time there. The course I am on is for Events Management and my hope after leaving University is to work within Formula One, as this is my passion, or I hope to open my own hotel and nightclub. Both of these dreams have a lot riding on the fact that I am able to make it through University, and if I can't get a hold of the money this will not be possible. However, I would like to state that, I'm not just asking for peoples charity because I can't be bothered to work, as I will be getting a part-time job as soon as I get to University. I am going to work so hard to achieve my dreams, and make my family and my parents proud.

I only just learnt that I could use crowdfunding to help me, which is why this is up so late, otherwise I would have started advertising months ago. I am due to move into my halls on the 16th September, and I am greatly looking forward to it.

I would also like to say that any money donated will go to paying for my halls, food, or trips within my course that will benefit my education. I'm not going to spend your money on trips to the club; a, because that wouldn't be fair to you, and b, because I've never gone to a club in my life!
