Story

Mental health is something very close to my heart. The people who know me well will know that I have struggled from a young age with anxiety in particular and more recently depression. It's not something easy to talk about and that needs to change. There is still a stigma around mental health and with the high percentages of people feeling like they can't get help or struggle, I believe that mental health should be more of a concern than it is. I personally think it should be on the same scale as physical health. People commit suicide everyday, they don't open up and talk to anybody and they find it a real struggle to do so. To help raise more awareness and money to support a mental health charity and the people who's lives they help and in some cases save, I'm going to be skydiving out of a plane at 15,000ft, so please any donation no matter how big or small, it's all appreciated. Thank you.
