Hello everyone.. i am here due to my friend keep insisting to make this step.. i am quite ashamed to ask for and i dont belive in money earned easy.. Those days i end up working more then 12h and still not be able to put money on side.. which leads me here..
Since i know myself i lived all my life in rented houses/ apartaments.. As long as i grow up allways i wanted to have my own house.. to not move any more from a house to other which i done it for 37 years which have been and it is very hard to not having your own place where to know that you will live there all your life and not moving ever again!!!
I am asking if anyone can helping me to achieve my dream which is to own my house.. Is impossible for me to put on side the 5% which bank is asking for.. and even if i was having 5% they allways ask for more then 5% to have more credibility to give the loan.
I am working my head out how can i make it to be able to not pay any more rent for other houses and to pay for my own one.
