My name is Georgie Paul, I go to Mary Hare School.
Mary Hare are oranising a trip to Nepal. This is an opportunity to the sixth form students to enrich and encourage global citizenship has arisen for a three week trip to Nepal in July 2017. We be trekking in the Himalayas, live in a remote mountain community and volunteer in a school.
The activity we will be doing:
- 2-3 nights B&B Kathmuandu
- sightseeing around Kathmandu
- 5-7 trek in Annapurna mountains along the Ghorepani (Full Board)
-9 days volunteering in a village school: I will be working within the mountain community, support pupils in classroom, teaching English maintenance and painting the school.
This is an amazing opportunity for me as I have always has an interest in travelling and experiencing the different cultures. Any donation will be appreciated.
