E Sargent's were the funeral directors for Zennors funeral.
Words cannot express how amazing they were, and how well they looked after Ross and I. I will be forever grateful to them, they were soothing, and talked us through every step. I will never forget them.
They don't currently have a cuddle cot, something that gives grieving parents longer with their baby. Time to be with them, hold them, care for them and extend their time of being a parent. I would have given anything for a few extra hours, to hold her one last time after leaving the hospital. I want to make sure that parents who go through what we did have the opportunity to do this. A memory of Zennor, people will know her name, and to do something that will make her memorable, as she would have been had she stayed with us.
