Story

Conor has dreamed of becoming a professional performer for years, and having been offered a place at The Bridge Theatre School in London, he is closer than he's ever been to realising that dream.

But drama school is expensive, and there is no government support available for students on this course. Conor has grafted incredibly hard over the past 2 years, saving most of his wages from his job as a lifeguard towards his fees and the cost of moving from Larne to London, but he needs your help to make the final push to ensure his fees for this specialist training are covered.

Conor is autistic, which will continue to present unique challenges in his journey through training and into the professional world of acting, but his determination has never faltered. The entertainment industry claims it wants to represent more diversity on stage and screen, but if actors like Conor don't have access to high quality training opportunities, the true diversity of our communities will never be reflected. Support for Conor is support for the diversity in the arts we all want to see.

Any small amount you can donate to help Conor get to London would mean the world to him. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity, and he will certainly make the most of every moment.

With love and thanks,

Ruby
