Hi my name is Dylan Wainman I am a full time wheelchair user who has cerebral palsy. A little over two years ago I started suffering with chronic hip pain, I was unable to leave my house due to the fact I couldn't get out of bed some days. As I result I was forced to give up work and education as I couldn't manage daily life.

I am pleased to say that I am now pain free! However, my current wheelchair no longer meets my clinical needs and I need to raise £16,000 towards a new one. (please watch video for further details)
