I've raised £2500 to Support Crossfit Athlete Liam Hogan - Rhabdomyolysis In Argentina.

Many of you will know or have met Liam Hogan over the years as a keen competitor and the owner of Coastside Crossfit in Bournemouth.
Liam has competed in the last three weeks at Filthy 150 in ireland. Strength and Depth Origins in Bath and last Friday at The Southfit Crossfit Challenge in Argentina.
Liam does not understand the idea of taking his foot off the gas. In Event 1 Liam pushed his body to the limit and was about to take an event Win, but collapsed moments from the finish line.
He was taken to hospital and after 5 IVs realised on a stretcher (To early) . Having not travelled with anyone and not arranged Travel Insurance, he has been lucky to have found another competitor who had until now been helping Liam.
Liam took a turn for the worse last night (Sunday 8th December)
He has been readmitted to the hospital, and blood tests now have confirmed Rhabdomyolysis. He is communicative but will have to stay for another week at least. He needs support, and we want to be able to send his partner Scarlett to be able to fly out. We also want to help with the medical/hotel costs that are mounting up. Including flights home/food etc.
Crossfit is Liam's life. He has always supported the community. If you can please support Liam no matter how small. Let's pull through and show the community spirit in which we are famous for.
