Our good friend Jemma who is 11 years old was diagnosed with osteosarcoma ( bone cancer ) in her femur in the summer of this year. After undergoing gruelling rounds of chemotherapy and an operation to remove the majority of her femur and her knee joint which has been replaced with prosthetic bone; Jemma really wants to get back on her pony sox again and will hopefully be given the go ahead to get back on her pony next week.

However Jemma cannot do this with the mounting block we currently have at our yard as it is not high or stable enough. So we need to raise some money to get Jemma a block made with all of her needs in mind.

Jemma has been though a lot all ready and whilst there are lots more hospital stays and treatment needed, she really needs the boost of getting on her pony to keep her going.
