I have been invited to create some performance work for the United Nations Commission of the Status of Women in New York for my dissertation. This is a unique opportunity to highlight issues facing women - in particular Human trafficking and Religious Persecution of women, and creatively discuss solutions at an international level. However, in order to fulfill my project, I have to self fund both the performance project (props, costume, resources etc) and expenses to get there (flights, accommodation etc.) I'm looking for help in covering costs to enable this performance to happen.
