We are raising £2,000 to support Girlguiding East Lothian’s Brownies Disney 2026 trip.

This is an International opportunity trip to Disneyland Paris for Brownies (aged 7-10) from across East Lothian.

Many young members will never be able to have an experience like this and myself and 8 other adult volunteers are planning this for April 2026.

Brownies are a young member section within Girlguiding, a worldwide charity organisation that helps girls and young woman develop confidence and skills. It's the biggest youth organization in the UK that's dedicated to girls. over 9000 adult leaders/members help these girls and young woman to realise their potential, grow in confidence and build life skills by offering opportunities like international travel.

Our trip to Disneyland Paris will encourage the Brownies to step outside there comfort zone, gain confidence and also make new friends. It's an amazing opportunity for the girls to experience International travel, something they may never get the chance to do themselves. They will not only have great fun but also learn about a different culture, try new experiences and make lifelong memories.
