Gloucestershire Girls' Golf provide coaching and golf development support to the County's under 18 female golfers. While we have been fortunate enough in previous years to acquire funding from England Golf and Sport England , this funding has been reduced in more recent years and is likely to be cut completely by 2021. In order to maintain the level of commitment to our girls we have realised the need to fundraise ourselves, an effort which began last year when three of our ex-juniors undertook a challenge to play 5 courses in one day. They were hugely successful, raising just under £2,700, and this year have decided to go one better and attempt 6 courses in one day, all different from last years courses!!

We would be grateful for any donations to this cause as this fundraising momentum is something we are keen to maintain in future years so that funding cuts do not impact the level of support that we are able to provide the female golfers of the future in Gloucestershire!
