For over the past sevral years, mental health in sport has been an issue which as been spoke about but not properly addressed.. my targets andbmy aim is to create a charity/helpine to sports men and sports women seeking help in this field.. this is just a start the more we raise the bigger this will grow and hopefully the percentage of mental health in sport will start to decrease, however this cant be done single handely.. this is only a start of bigger things to come so anything donated would be much appreciated and will 100% go on helping those in need

After speaking to oranisation who create charities a minimum on £5000 would need to be raised for it to be considered a charity thats why it has gone up
