We’re trying to help this lovely elderly disabled couple to get their home back. 85 year old dad has to go on breathing support at night, with only one lung and is also a heart patient with insulin diabetes And stage 3 Kidney failure. His wife is also disabled and the couple are now struggling in their elderly age because of a son who has defrauded them out of their life savings.

They are the parents of a lawyer son- the lawyer son constantly pressured and decieved his parents to invest in a family real estate business that he had begun. The only issue was he wanted to invest with family money as well as his own, since bank loans are so costly. All business carried out was on verbal agreements, total trust and repeated vows and promises from their son that he would make ‘good on his word‘ and would return their monies and fully cashed homes and also give them their share of profits earned. Over a decade the lawyer son managed to coerce them into investing ALL their life savings to the point that he even took the roof over his parents heads as a “temp loan“ to liquidate and benefit the whole family in a family real estate business. From that date on they lived with their son, moving constantly as an elderly couple with their son as homes were refurbished and flipped and sold. Now their son refuses to return their home and flatly refuses saying he will NEVER return their cash life savings. Infact anytime they demand their money back, their lawyer son behaves aggressively showing extremely disturbing behaviour to the point that on a number of occasions he has threatened to commit suicide at the house. within the last 12 months alone he has acted out on two suicide threats. The lawyer son appears to use the threat of suicide as a ‘control tactic‘ to stop his parents asking for the return of their home and return of their cash life savings. The elderly couple are now old and physically weak and just too old to tolerate much more- they feel tricked and deeply hurt at the hands of their own son. Son is consumed by insatiable greed and refuses to return them ANY of the funds from their lovely homes. Son constantly threatens to evict them from a single room in a London home they occupy. which was bought with joint family funds.... yet the Lawyer son deceived them and he made sure that only his own name appeared on the deeds of the house rather than jointly with his parents home. Since there is no legal paperwork proving their fiscal stake and investments- all was done on promises and goodwill and familial trust over a number of years ..... leaving his parents vulnerable without any financial security or access to their own funds.

The elderly couple now find themselves on the brink of being ‘completely homeless’ at the hands of their own lawyer son. The lawyer son claims everything is his alone and being a violent man, he tries to terrify them into silence with constant aggressive outbursts that often last whole days at a time and often weeks of ongoing rage and daily drama designed to torment and “break” his parents psychologically so they will stop asking for the return of their home And life savings.

85 year old heart patient father feels he has no choice now, all reason and familial appeals to their son appears to have no effect on their lawyer son. Finally, elderly parents now plan the only option remaining to them .....to turn to legal action. They are now piecing together as much proof as they can to legally retrieve at least ‘something’ back from the loss of their assets ( 3 houses and land that they lost to their ungrateful lawyer son).

In their golden twilight years this elderly couple are in the middle of a situation that has all the hallmarks of a greek tragedy, they hope for justice and peace, This sad situation is taking its toll on the elderly couple, who suffer from many acute health problems, 1 lung, diabetes, stage 3 kidney failure & mobility issues. Sadly, the disabilities are here to stay but their family situation can be fixed through the law - they are loved by many and we all want to help turn things around For them.

I would love to see the 85 year old dad and his disabled wife to be free of all these worries , so they can enjoy a well deserved safe and peaceful home away from their troubled son, getting all the medical support and legal support that they will need. Its never too late for fate to give a lending hand and change things for the better.

Their lawyer son Is currently in hiding as he tries to channel all his monies abroad to the USA in a pizza business before applying for his Green Card to move to the US. I admire the courage and faith of his parents as they bravely handle this sad case of elder abuse.

Despite everything they try to smile and remain positive, they hope for their son to come around to his senses and change his ways but he is forcing their hand to take legal action. Lets help them move forward for the BETTER- with our help :-) and financial support they will be able to afford to take legal action to win back their lives!!
