Story

I've been very privileged to have spoken and worked with these incredible charities who are dear to my heart and are needed more than ever.

ActionAid is an international charity that works with women and girls living in poverty.

There are 850,000 people in the UK who live with a form of dementia and despite the progress being made in the search for a cure, it is unlikely to come quick enough to help them. For these people, what’s essential is to find the best way of living with their dementia. The choir has had such an immeasurably positive effect that it’s members have continued to meet since the show aired. Under the Choir leadership of Angela, the choir has continued to meet and sing but we need the help of donation to keep the choir running.

Shout 85258 is a free, confidential, 24/7 text-messaging support service for anyone who is struggling to cope.

I'm always looking at ways I can help with fundraising and this time I'm putting on my trainers again to do 48.8 mile Walk from East Croydon Station t my home town of Seaford in 24 hours
