I've raised £200 to to help Swindon Women’s Aid

Swindon Women's Aid is a domestic abuse service for residents living in the Swindon area operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They provide support to those living in Swindon who need help to exit their abusive relationships safely, and provide emergency refuge to those who need to flee their homes due to the violence and abuse.
The statistics on domestic abuse are shocking- one incident of domestic violence is reported to the police every minute in the UK and on average 2 women a week are killed by a male partner or former partner.
To support the brilliant work taking place at Swindon Women's Aid I have decided to run the Castle Combe Chilly 10k on Sunday November 18th. Please donate so that I can smash my target. Thank you!
In Swindon 2016/17:
The Police received over 11,000 reports of domestic violence incidents
SWA accommodated 82 women and 178 children
The average stay for a family was 4-6 months
909 Families were supported in the local community
1137 telephone calls for help and advice were received
1126 secondary schools students were provided with educational training
