    Story

I am trying to raise money and awareness about mental health in our society, mainly in younger people, where there is still so many undiagnosed individuals. We need to drop the stigma attached to mental health and down the barriers attached and start talking, openly about it within our families, or work place and with our children. It's not
a shameful subject but one that could save their lives.
Any donation, however big or small would be greatly appreciated. I've taken part in this event before and it's a truly wonderful experience.
