I've raised £3000 to help veterans via SSAFA, Sporting Force & ACCT UK. Also I will be talking about loneliness and mental health highlighting End Suicide.

Story

This will be my hardest challenge since leaving the UK Armed Forces, it will be solo and unsupported.

My challenge starts in Glasgow on the 30th April, starting the event with the Kilt Walk, from there I walk solo along the classic route to Fort William, using the West Highland Way. 118 MIles if I don't get lost! `I hope to do this in 4-6 days depending on how the Scottish weather treats me in April. I will be wild camping for the whole challenge as long as its safe to do so, I will also be carrying all my food.

When I get to Fort William and take the classic photo sat on the Sore Feet Bench in town, I will head to start of The Great Glen, kick up my Kayak. Which is being kindly stored by the Army Cadet Force, Fort William Detachment, 51 Brigade. I will then spend the next week or so kayaking along the Great Glen to Inverness again wild camping. The Great Glen is 79 miles in a straight line, I aim to complete this in a week

On my arrival at Inverness, I drop off the kayak and pick up my mountain bike and cycle back to Fort William for the end of my quest. This should take me 2 - 3 days. Again thank you to 51 BDE for storing my equipment.

My aim is to complete this all within 3 weeks and its going to be epic, I will be raising money for 3 charities, SSAFA and Sporting Force

Also talking about loneliness and mental health highlighting End Suicide a new concept to battle mental health. Hence I will be doing the challenge solo and unsupported.

Any donations, shares and supportive words will be appreciated. Thank you all for visiting my page.
