I had suffered with mental health issues for a number of years and was managing well myself, until I had a relapse and contacted MINDYOURM8 &YOURSELF for support. Without their help I would not be here today. They are an amazing organisation. Please help me raise this money it would be a small token of thanks for them helping not only me but the many other local people who use their vital services. Thank you
