I was born with no lower left arm and at times this has been very hard. I think many people take for granted the satisfaction and ease a fully complete and functioning body gives and will struggle to understand how hard it can be to live with a vital part of you. I have learned to adapt to life with the use of only one arm but still i get frustrated at times. I do have a prosthetic limb however this is mainly for aesthetic purposes and serves no real function. When my friend found OpenBionics i got really excited. For the first time a prostethic arm that could be operated by your brain and would work almost like a natural arm. This arm would not only look cool but would more useful in everyday life. When me and my friend talked about the new things i would be able to do with this arm and how much easier things would get i knew i had to set up this page. So i ask you my friends and family to support me in the raising the funds for my new hero arm.
