I hope to provide low cost housing to those in need, this property would allow 7 young people living on the street to have a roof over their heads with the security they need to enable them to move forward with their lives.

Having worked in the charity sector I understand it is not just about a roof over your head, opportunities and help in gaining therapy, credentials, education, Work experience or other help is also part of my remit to ensure that their future holds potential for them and their community. Eventually leaving us when they are fully prepared with continued help to ensure they are set to be beneficial members of society .

This property will be rented at rates that I plan on being none profit making with housing benefit covering the cost for those applicable and for those who start work it will be based on their income upto a maximum of that provided by housing benefit.

should their be excess funds there are various options avalible to ensure they are used for further benefit and I hope that those who help fund the start of my enterprise will be willing to give their opinion on its use in future.
