Story
In 2020 a group of Gleeds men (namely Douglas McCormick, Andrew Irving, Martin Hall, Mark Hall, Galvin Tarling, Carl Maidment, James McCabe) ditched the razor for 30 days to raise money for Mind.
This year we will again get involved to raise money for our corporate charity, Mind.
Participating in the fundraising are;
Douglas McCormick
Adam Passfield, Sam Boyle, Chris Dyer from Oxford
Martin Stubbs from Leeds
Joshua Jeffrey and Neil Clouden from London
Jack Carlile from Liverpool
Why are we doing this? To raise awareness of the importance of talking about mental health. We’re all familiar with the stats – 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem in any one year. That’s every family, every workplace and every friendship circle and approximately 14 million people in the UK. Mind campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding of mental health. Any money we raise will play a vital role in helping Mind achieve their ambition.
Our fundraising target is £1500 and the business have now agreed to match fund to this amount! We are therefore inviting you help us meet our fundraising target to raise money for this great cause.
Thank you
