Hi, my name is Glory and I am an undergraduate student studying Psychology with Clinical Psychology. I have been given the opportunity to volunteer with SLV Global on a mental health programme. SLV Global organise various placements where psychology students and people interested in mental health can receive hand-on experience. I have been fortunate enough to be offered to go to Sri Lanka, where I will be working in various settings such as psychiatric facilities and classroom. I am privileged to be given this opportunity because it will be a fantastic way to develop my knowledge and put into practice theories that I have learnt.
