On Sunday 26th September Deacon Pru will be running in the Manchester 10K to raise funds for Greater Manchester Community Chaplaincy based at Central Hall, Oldham Street, Manchester.

The pandemic has hit GMCC hard, yet the need to support ex-offenders trying to make a new start remains a priority in the city centre.

Pru says, 'This race has been postponed several times and will now take place 490 days later than originally planned. Once I'd agreed to the first postponement my entrance fee was "locked in" - so I've had to keep up with the training programme to be run-ready for September 26th.
