I've raised £500 to help us provide more support to people living with borderline personality disorder.

Welcome to 'Going to Extremes' - the extreme walking challenge for Borderline Support UK CIC, raising funds and awareness of borderline personality disorder (BPD) awareness.
#teamBPD is made up of Borderline Support UK's volunteers and supporters, who will be lacing up their shoes and walking 3.4 million steps to help raise awareness of BPD, and help fundraise so we can support more people living with BPD and their loved ones.
#teamBPD will be walking over 3.4 million steps, following a virtual route that leads us through the most western, northern, eastern and southern points of Great Britain. We start our challenge at Corrachadh Mòr, which means 'great, tapering field' in Scottish Gaelic, is the most westerly point on the island of Great Britain. Lying 37 kilometres (23 miles) further west than Land's End in Cornwall, the headland is located on the beautiful, wild and unspoiled Ardnamurchan peninsula in Lochaber in the Scottish Highlands. 3.4 million steps later, we will arrive at the beautiful cliffs of Lizard Point in Cornwall.
At Borderline Support UK CIC, we are committed to raising awareness about borderline personality disorder (BPD), which is a serious and complex condition which affects every aspect of our lives. Our mission is to provide support and resources to those affected by BPD, and to advocate for greater understanding and acceptance within our communities.
Borderline personality disorder is a complex mental health disorder which is characterized by intense dysregulated emotions, unstable interpersonal relationships, and a distorted sense of self. BPD has a high rate of self-harm and suicide, with as many as 10% of people attempting to take their own lives.
Despite affecting millions of people worldwide, BPD is often misunderstood and stigmatized. By raising awareness, we can challenge misconceptions, reduce stigma, and promote empathy and support for individuals living with BPD.
Participating in our virtual walk, through sponsoring or joining us, is a meaningful way to show your support for BPD awareness. Here’s how you can get involved:
