Story
We started taking in guinea pigs a few years ago from the Blue Cross and The Oxfordshire Animal Sanctuary and we have had to develop the garden here to suit their needs. We now have 22 guinea pigs, 4 rabbits and 10 chickens. Many of them we have taken in directly ourselves. Vet bills have been very high, some of the animals have arrived in a terrible state and needed emergency vet care. We have hand built their accommodation, fenced off enclosures and built a small shed that we call the 'Rangers Hut' so that we can try and educate the kids that visit us about caring for small animals. Every living thing deserves a chance at life without stress, misery & abuse. We take in unwanted & rescued small pets so that they can live happily ever after here at The Golden Ball. We hope that you can help this continue into the future. Thank You.

Animals are God's wonderful creatures and the World would be an awful place without them. It is, therefore, our duty to protect & care for them in the best way that we can. They have no voice and cannot stand up for themselves or protect themselves but we can and we will.
