Pete Parrott was a one-off, he touched the lives of many, friends and family alike. It has been so touching to hear how many people loved and admired my Grandad. I would like to create a memorial which is fitting for the unique man he was, with something he would have appreciated. Knowing that people donated the cost of a pint would have brought a tear to his eye.
