While recovering from an 8 hour operation for Oesophageal cancer at the Churchill hospital in Oxford, I decided to try and do something to make life easier for future patients .
Recently a new bed has been developed to aid recovery it is all singing and dancing and turns into an armchair.
I thought that this would be a good positive challenge for me to raise money to purchase 4 new beds which would benefit a full ward..
The cost of 4 beds would be approx £8,000.
