Physio is essential for his condition, and his posture at this development stage and will help his muscles and bones geow in the right ratio. Edwards‘s story: ‘Hello everyone... my name is Eddie, I am a cerebral palsy child. I am a 5 year old little boy with the most gorgeous smile and a very funny sense of humour. I decided to come out of mummy‘s tummy very prematurely, which resulted in an extensive brain injury, and now I have been diagnosed with quadruple cerebral palsy. My main body is very floppy and week, and my limbs are moderately stiff. After having recent X-rays, the doctor said that I have some degree of hip displacement and a slight spine curviture, and as such, I require a lot of physiotherapy, excercises and equipments to help put me on the right track as I am still developing. My mummy and daddy are doing their best to include me in special needs sports like basketball and swimming, but still I need a lot of professional advice and support too.
