I've raised £2400 to pay for & build a home for a family living in poverty in Tijuana in Mexico with my church youth group in 2024, with a charity called Amor.

During the trip, we travel to Tijuana in Mexico and spend 5 days of house building before we hand over the key to the family who will live in the house.
The money each member of our group raises covers our travel expenses and buys the materials for the house which we then build, by hand.
This trip will be important to me, as it's an experience that not many people get the opportunity to go on, so I know it will massively impact my outlook on life, I will be able to challenge myself physically and mentally, and grow stronger friendships.
