I'm raising £500 for the staff and patients at the Freeman Hospital, and a cancer research charity (yet to be decided)

Our Amazing Grace today lost her battle with the complications of having a stem cell transplant. She fought so very hard for so long with such stubborn determination, but in the end there was just too much for her to overcome. She was very peaceful at the end and was being comforted by her sister Sophie, her mam Nichola and her dad Graeme.

Grace expressed a wish for a donation to a cancer research charity, and we would also like to donate to the Freeman hospital wards for giving her the best medical and nursing care imaginable. So rather than cards and flowers, a small donation to the above would be appreciated.
