Graceway is a Christian social action charity. Graceway's pilot project - Hope Haven Hub (H3) was set up to help to improve the wellbeing of people in need in the Medway Towns and coalesce church provision to improve performance and scale. Beneficiary services to include mental health, counselling, wellbeing groups, practical provisions such as food, as well as guidance, support and signposting, education and development opportunities and social and spiritual improvement. The Hub will ultimately be run by the people of Medway, for the local community. Graceway is affiliated with Churches Together in Medway.
