Hi my name is kirsty as a lot of you know my grandad passed away which was a massive shock to us all as it was totally unexpected. My grandad was a very well known and respected man as we have found out via all the lovely messages and support we have received as a family over the past few days. The amount of activities my grandad was involved in and how many lives he has touched in one way or another was beyond belief through scouting, bell ringing the church and more but too many to mention. I am hoping i can now raise money to get a memorial bench with a plaque to honour my grandad and how much of a gentleman he was and respected. I hope this can be successful through kind donations and give my nana a place to go and sit and be with her husband her best friend.
