Being controlled by an abusive neighbour to the point where the guy wants to kill me for absolutely no reason. Police dont do nothing and because of these i cant just move flats. I have to deal with it. This guys ruining my life. So i decided to give up my flat and go homeless as it is preferrable to living there. I have a job lined up just waiting for CSCS card test. But in the meantime this would be very helpfull if anyone can help me out thank you
