Hurworth Duck Race, 21st August, starting at 12.00pm, and finishing at the Steel Bridge, Strait Lane. They will start next to the Ringfield.

Proceeds go to Hurworth Albion Football Club. They will be getting wet, going into the river collecting the ducks.Hurworth Albion have gone from strength to strength, creating a football club for 100s of local youngsters. They are always needing money to expand the club with new ideas, so please donate.

£2 per duck, and you can buy as many as you want. I need your full name, and if possible a contact number. You don't have to give out your name on here, just text me after you have made a donation with your details. 07745 068045

You will be able to watch the start and finish from both sides of the river, as well as watching the ducks from the riverside and bridge.

£50 for 1st place, £30 for 2nd and £20 for 3rd.
