My Grandpa has alwaya been an immaculate, intelligent, articulate gentleman who in the last 2 years has been ravaged by the horrendous disease - Vascular Dementia. He now struggles with talking, walking, eating and writing. He no longer even knows that we are family. It is heartbreaking to watch his daily battle with everyday tasks.
